For premium domain holder applications, you agree to provide proof of ownership through DNS verification or documentation as requested.

## 4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any discussions, proposals, or proprietary information shared during the evaluation process.

## 5. Financing Partners

If you opt for financing pre-qualification, you consent to us sharing relevant information with our financing partners. Financing decisions are made independently by our partners.

## 6. Limitation of Liability

nameniche provides application review services as-is. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform.

## 7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our platform after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
